Spending his childhood on the Central Coast surrounded by bushland and coastal environments, Lachlan has developed a deep appreciation for the connection he feels to nature. In 2019 he graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Newcastle, where the importance of the harmonious relationship between building and landscape was continually reinforced. Here Lachlan developed an awareness of sustainable design practices which contributes to the way he approaches his work at Anderson Architecture, where he is learning new skills relevant to the Passivhaus standard.
In his spare time, Lachlan enjoys exploring new landscapes and camping, where he relishes the proximity to nature. Bringing greenery into our own studio, Lachlan loves to share his green thumb with the team helping our office plants thrive.
